Q Health Services Partners with the Center for Changing Lives 

We are excited and proud to announce that Q Health Services recently moved its offices to the Lutheran Social Service Center for Changing Lives (CFCL), located at 2400 Park Avenue South in Minneapolis. We are honored to be selected as a partner and are looking at various opportunities to collaborate with the organizations that make up the CFCL in order to enhance the lives of all it serves. A division of Southside Community Health Services, Q Health Services community outreach and Foundation activities will operate from this location.  
 
The Center for Changing Lives, completed in 2008, is a partnership of mission driven private and government organizations to provide health and human services as well as affordable housing for children, adults and families of the greater Minneapolis/Phillips Park area. 
 
The services and ministries of the CFCL are all inclusive. They exist to enhance the practical and spiritual well-being of any individual regardless of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, disability or age. This is done through services and partnerships that touch all aspects of life: financial, personal counseling, childcare, housing, employment and health.
