Why Q Health Services?
The Board of Directors of
Southside Community Health Services felt that they needed a way to stabilize the uncertainty of funding for both their medical and dental programs, plus a vehicle with a strong focus on the development of innovative programs to reach out to the communities they serve. It was based on this need that Q Health Services, an affiliate of Southside, emerged.

Empowering the Health of Our Communities
Q Health Foundation is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization committed to supporting the development of healthier communities. We are the first foundation in the state of Minnesota to be established by a Federally Qualified Health Center for the purpose of raising funds to improve community health.
The Foundation collaborates with other community and national organizations to raise awareness of critical health care issues – in the effort to provide targeted educational programs and access to affordable quality health care to all people.
