“Hello…
Just wanted to let you know that I appreciate the Step to It program so much. This program has launched me into an activity program with fabulously positive results.
When I started the Step to It program, I was rather inactive and 25 pounds overweight. My job is very sedentary, making it too easy to eliminate physical activity from my daily routine. Starting the Step to It program, I forced myself to walk 2-3 times a week – mainly because I was embarrassed if I had to report no activity to Sara, the program director.
Once I put the Step to It program into my routine, I really missed it if I didn’t walk weekly. As the weather got warmer, I decided that walking was not challenging enough and tried jogging – I have never jogged in my life!! By last Fall, I completed two 5K Runs with a co-member of my Step to It group.
I am so impressed with the Step to It program; it has led to a healthier lifestyle and weight loss for me. As a parent, this is a program that I want to share with my family so we all can benefit from the long-term health benefits. Thanks so much.”
Thanks so much,
Ginny Poplau
